"We interrupt this blog for the latest in Anjee related news....."
News on Bean: Pando is big as a house. Last night I felt the puppies move and it was CREEPY. She's bound to burst sometime in the coming week. She has taken to laying beneath my bed again and I have had to curb that habit REAL quick as I dont want her squeezin out pups 'neath my bed. I tried the hands-waving-beside-the-face test a' la PVPeeved. And I am happy to report that she just looked at me like I was a complete and utter retard before giving me that fairly quiet get-the-hell-outta-my-face growl. I love my dog.
News on Work: It's still whoopin me backside. BUT the sausage-fingered sup pulled me aside to tell me of the new position they are creating for me, how it will mean that I still get to do ALL the wonderful things I was doing before, PLUS many other things AND how I will now have the entire company on my arse for running the things I will be running explaining that all liability, compliance and contractor relations will be on my head. Isnt that lovely? I will also have the new title of 'Regional Manager something of whozit whatnot' as well as my own little 'assistant something or others'. I asked if I get to pick my something or others, he said yes. I told him I want midgets. We shall see where that goes. The upside to this stress load is that I will NOW be able to finally do the traveling etc and get a sizable raise. Like well in the five figures. Um. Yay. More money makes Anjee a happy, happy girl. I have also started painting cars again part time in the evenings and on the weekends.
News on the Ankle: I still havent been to the Ortho. It's still swollen some, aches and every once in awhile makes weird noises. But I think in spite of my best efforts, it is healing nicely.
News on the Personal side: I am really, really in like with the someone I have been spending much time with. Perhaps he is to blame for my lack of commitment to this blog. It was never meant for personal entries such as these, but rather just for a sounding board. A way for me to unload the many screwy things that float about my brain.
News on the Irony: Someone steals my truck. I get it back (minus some stuff IE: stereo, speakers, etc). I sell it. Both of my cars break!! >_<
